Noah Czarny is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group. He represents clients in connection with internal and criminal investigations, prosecutions, and regulatory probes. Noah also represents clients in complex commercial matters and provides clients guidance on compliance with U.S. sanctions administered by OFAC. As part of the Firm’s pro bono practice, Noah represents asylum seekers in immigration court and was awarded Human Rights First’s 2016 Pro Bono Star Award for his work on behalf of an Eritrean asylee.

Noah received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from Brandeis University. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
