Seward & Kissel partners Mark Garibyan and Randall Adams will be featured speakers at the fifth annual Palm Beach CorpGov Forum, taking place November 5â6. Mark will participate in the “Crisis Management: Hedge Funds and Other Alternative Asset Managers â Fireside Chat” on November 6 at 2 p.m. Randall will speak on the “2026 Proxy Season Outlook” panel on November 6 at 3:15 p.m.
