Bruce Paulsen and Brian Maloney, attorneys in Seward & Kissel’s Economic Sanctions and Cross-Border Regulatory Practice, will be speaking on a webinar hosted by PLI. The webinar is titled “Economic Sanctions 2023: Where Things Stand and What May Be Next.”

This session will provide an overview of the current U.S., EU, and UK sanctions that have been imposed against Russia, recent developments in sanctions imposed on other countries, including Venezuela and Iran, and an update on as well as a discussion of compliance best practices and what the sanctions developments of 2022 may portend for the future.
