Panel Description: Bitcoin was born in 2008; a decade later, there has been an explosion of cryptocurrenices and related projects, a price implosion that has been called a “nuclear winter,” an announcement by one of the country’s largest financial institutions that it will create its own coin, and a web of pronouncements and developments in the regulatory arena. This panel will take a look at issues that face today’s potential investor in the cryptospace from a capital markets, regulatory and enforcement perspective.
