Seward & Kissel’s Bruce Paulsen, Brian Maloney and Kurt Plankl were pleased to take part in the 29th edition of Tulane University’s Admiralty Law Institute on March 30 – April 1, 2022, bringing together scholars and practitioners for a biennial conference focused on admiralty law and current issues in the shipping industry. This year’s conference theme focused on “The Jones Act After 100 Years” with Bruce and Kurt respectively taking part in panel discussions regarding the Welfare of Seafarers and Financing Jones Act Vessels.
