Seward & Kissel is seeking a senior attorney to join our Transactional practice.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5 +years relevant transactional experience performing M&A activities for private and public companies in a law firm or corporate setting required
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and cross-border transactions
• The candidate should have the ability to run transactions with limited supervision, draft and negotiate all relevant transaction documents, oversee junior associates and specialists, and coordinate with other advisors, including investment bankers, accountants and co-counsel
• Must be a member in good standing of the New York Bar
• Licensed to practice law in New York
• Must have excellent judgment combining business and legal acumen

Salary: $365,000-$435,000/year
