Seward & Kissel Deal Wins M&A Deal of the Year Recognition from ACG

The winners of the 2012 ACG New York Champion’s Awards were revealed on June 12th at the 2nd Annual Awards Gala held at Sotheby’s New York. The Awards, sponsored by the New York Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, recognize companies, individual dealmakers and transactions in the middle market mergers and acquisitions industry in the greater New York area. A panel of 11 independent M&A industry judges selected winners from 220 Finalists across all award categories. A transaction handled by Seward & Kissel’s Business Transactions Group was winner of M&A Deal of the Year in two categories:
