The winners of the International M&A Awards of M&A Advisor were revealed on April 12, 2016 at the 8th Annual International M&A Awards Gala held at the New York Athletic Club. A panel of 19 independent M&A industry judges selected winners from more than 500 award finalists across all categories. A transaction on which Seward & Kissel’s Business Transactions Group worked was the winner of M&A Deal of the Year in its nominated category:
