Practices
Allie Agnostak is an associate in the Employment Group. Allie advises clients on a variety of employment matters, including restrictive covenants, accommodation and leave of absence requests and separations. Allie regularly drafts employment agreements, handbooks and workplace policies. She also has experience conducting workplace investigations.
Allie’s practice also includes representing management and executives in a range of employment-related disputes, including those involving restrictive covenant, discrimination and retaliation claims. Allie has practiced in state and federal courts, in various administrative agencies and in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association.
Prior to joining Seward & Kissel, Allie worked at a national labor and employment law firm, where she represented management in state and federal litigations and administrative actions.
Allie was recognized by the New Jersey Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” in 2024 and was named as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in 2025.
Allie received a B.A., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as Staff Editor of the Moot Court Board. Allie is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
