Anna Weigand is an associate in Seward & Kissel’s Investment Management Group, and is located in the Washington, D.C. office. Anna’s practice focuses primarily on counseling organizations in the investment management industry, including investment companies, investment advisers and broker-dealers. She advises clients on statutory and regulatory matters relating to fund formation, operations and compliance programs. She has assisted in counseling boards of directors on fund governance and fiduciary duties issues.
Anna received a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University, and graduated from William & Mary School of Law where she was a member of the William and Mary Law Review.
