Biography
Brian Kohn advises clients on complex real estate and finance transactions with a focus on delivering practical, business-oriented solutions across the lifecycle of an investment.
He regularly handles joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, preferred equity investments, senior and mezzanine financings, and commercial leasing for clients including institutional lenders, warehouse lenders, investment funds, developers, family offices, trustees and others.
Earlier in his career, Brian handled complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, which informs his ability to anticipate issues and structure arrangements to minimize disputes.
