Biography
Chloe Sucato is an associate in the Transportation Group and the Corporate Group.
Chloe’s practice focuses on domestic and international asset-backed and fund finance transactions, including drafting financing and security documents, advising clients on deal execution, conducting diligence, and managing regulatory filings and transaction closings.
Chloe received a B.A. from Vassar College and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a Staff Editor of the Brooklyn Sports and Entertainment Law Blog. She is a member of the Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association.
