Chloe Sucato is an associate in the Maritime and Transportation Group. Chloe’s practice focuses on domestic and international asset‑backed finance transactions, including drafting financing and security documents, advising clients on deal execution, conducting diligence, and managing regulatory filings and transaction closings.
Chloe received a B.A. from Vassar College and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a Staff Editor of the Brooklyn Sports and Entertainment Law Blog. She is a member of the Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association.
