Danby Kim is an associate in Seward & Kissel’s Corporate Group with experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, equity investments, and general corporate matters. He has experience representing private equity funds, Fortune 500 companies, and family-owned businesses across various industries, including manufacturing, financial services, life sciences, automotive, oil and gas, and energy infrastructure.
Danby received a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
