Ian Silver is counsel in the Real Estate practice at Seward & Kissel LLP.
Ian Silver focuses his practice on commercial real estate law, specializing in leasing and subleasing Class “A” office space across New York and other major national markets. Representing leading pension funds, property managers, hedge funds, and investment advisors, Ian has established a reputation for efficiently negotiating high-end leases in premier trophy buildings.
Ian is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
