Igor Kogan is Assistant General Counsel at Seward & Kissel.
He received his undergraduate degree from New York University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and his MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, with a specialization in Finance and Entertainment. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
