Biography
Jaclyn M. Greco is a member of Seward & Kissel’s Investment Management and Private Equity Groups where she works in conjunction with the Firm’s attorneys on private fund client engagements, advising private fund managers regarding their non-legal and commercial needs.
Jaclyn M. Greco is a member of Seward & Kissel’s Investment Management and Private Equity Groups, where she works alongside the Firm’s attorneys to support private fund managers with their commercial and non-legal business needs. She advises both emerging and established managers across all asset classes, serving as a strategic partner throughout the lifecycle of a fund.
Jaclyn works closely with clients in a consultative capacity, advising on fundraising and marketing efforts, vendor selection, infrastructure and operational strategy, operational due diligence, budgeting, and other key business considerations.
She is a Steering Committee member of the Women’s Association of Venture and Equity (WAVE) and is actively involved with 100 Women in Finance and The Investment Diversity Exchange (TIDE). Jaclyn earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of New Jersey.
