Jaclyn M. Greco is a member of Seward & Kissel’s Investment Management and Private Equity Groups where she works in conjunction with the Firm’s attorneys on private fund client engagements, advising private fund managers regarding their non-legal and commercial needs. Jaclyn works with emerging and established managers of all asset classes and regularly works with clients in a consultative manner, advising them, among other things, on fundraising, marketing, vendor selection, infrastructure decisions, operational due diligence matters, budgeting and other non-legal matters.
Jaclyn is a Steering Committee member of the Women’s Association of Venture and Equity (WAVE), as well as a member of 100 Women in Finance and The Investment Diversity Exchange (TIDE).
