Biography
Katherine O’Neal is an associate in the Corporate Group.
Katherine’s practice focuses on public company representation, capital markets equity, and fundraising transactions, advising clients across the full lifecycle of public company compliance and securities offerings.
Katherine received a B.A. from the University of Alabama and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was on the Senior Managing Board for the Virginia Tax Review.
