Mary Walls is the Chief Talent Officer at Seward & Kissel.
Mary Walls serves as Chief Talent Officer, overseeing the firm’s people strategy across Professional Development, Legal and Business Professional Recruiting, Human Resources, Benefits and Compensation. In this role, she is responsible for aligning talent initiatives with the firm’s strategic objectives and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality employee experience across all stages of the professional lifecycle.
Mary partners closely with firm leadership and practice groups to advance strategic initiatives related to talent acquisition, development, and retention. Her work ensures that the firm continues to attract, develop, and sustain top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and inclusion across all people‑related functions. Mary earned a B.S., magna cum laude, from Adelphi University.
