Michael Danenberg is an associate in the Global Banking and Corporate Trust Practice Group, where he focuses on representing banks and financial institutions in connection with complex domestic and international financing and restructuring transactions.

Mike represents administrative agents, collateral agents, and trustees, as well as other service providers on a wide range of matters, including broadly syndicated loan facilities, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, liability management and special situations transactions, and project finance transactions involving data centers and other assets. He has extensive experience in guiding clients through the consent solicitations and exchange and tender offers, and multi-tier debt structures with complex intercreditor relationships.

Mike received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
