Biography
Michael Danenberg is an associate in the Global Banking and Corporate Trust practice, where he focuses on representing banks and financial institutions in connection with complex domestic and international financing and restructuring transactions.
Mike represents administrative agents, indenture trustees, collateral agents as well as other financial intermediaries on a broad range of financing transactions, including broadly syndicated loan facilities, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, liability management and special situations transactions, structured finance and project finance transactions involving digital infrastructure and data centers.
Mike regularly guides clients through consent solicitations, exchange and tender offers, and multi-tier debt structures with complex intercreditor relationships.
Mike received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and a B.A. from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
