Miyoshie Lamothe‑Aime is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
Miyoshie Lamothe‑Aime advises private equity sponsors, investment management firms, financial institutions, strategic buyers and sellers, and business owners on a broad range of U.S. and cross‑border transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Representative transactions include mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, GP stake transactions, seed capital arrangements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
In her practice, Miyoshie represents clients throughout all stages of complex transactions and provides guidance on corporate governance and general business matters, including the formation and structuring of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, as well as other commercial arrangements.
