Nathalia Osorio is counsel in Seward & Kissel’s Corporate Group. She advises private equity and private credit sponsors and their funds and portfolio companies, family offices, corporate borrowers, direct lenders, and commercial and investment banks in connection with syndicated and private credit debt financing transactions across a wide range of industries and capital structures.
Her practice focuses on acquisition financings and leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancings, incremental facilities and general corporate lending transactions. Nathalia regularly represents clients on complex sponsor-driven financings and has experience navigating deal execution from commitment through closing, including coordination with M&A teams, lenders and other key stakeholders.
Nathalia has advised on transactions ranging in size from several millions of dollars to multi-billion-dollar financings.
Nathalia received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. from University of San Diego. She is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
