Biography
Sean Regan is a law clerk in the Investment Management Group.
He assists investment managers of hedge funds, private equity funds, and commodity pools, with a focus on private fund formation, structuring, and regulatory and compliance matters. Sean received a B.A. from the University of Miami and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School, where he served as Business Editor of the Rutgers Law Review.
