Biography
Ross Hooper is counsel in the Litigation & Investigations Group.
Ross provides litigation and advisory services to a range of clients, including investment advisers, financial institutions, and individuals, with a focus on litigating complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, bankruptcy court, and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Ross also regularly advises our corporate trust clients in connection with structured finance disputes, fiduciary responsibilities, bankruptcy litigation, and restructuring matters. In addition, Ross provides advice to investment managers and private investment funds in connection with seed and other strategic investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
