Thomas O’Connor is an associate in the Real Estate Group. Thomas’ practice includes a broad range of domestic and international real estate transactions, including equity investments, acquisitions, dispositions, fund formation, the formation of joint ventures and the development of real estate assets. He also assists in real estate aspects of corporate financing, bankruptcies, mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions. He received a B.A. from College of the Holy Cross, an M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and a J.D. from Fordham Law School.
