Theo Kaminski is an associate in the Investment Management Group. He advises investment managers of hedge funds, private equity funds and commodity pools. Theo regularly advises clients on private fund formation, structuring and regulatory and compliance matters. Theo received a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Rochester and a J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor on the Boston College Law Review.
