Theo Kaminski is a partner in the Investment Management Group where he advises investment managers of hedge funds, private equity funds and commodity pools. Theo also regularly advises clients on private fund formation, structuring and regulatory and compliance matters. He was recently recognized as part of The 2026 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation Guide.
Theo received a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Rochester and a J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor on the Boston College Law Review.
