As counsel in the firm’s Business Transactions Group, Danielle represents private equity and other investment management firms, private companies, and individual business owners, amongst other clients, in a range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, venture capital transactions, and seed transactions, in cryptocurrency-related transactions and investments, and in general corporate matters. In the last year, Danielle has contributed significantly to numerous M&A transactions, including the acquisition of Karpus Management, Inc. by London-based global fund manager City of London Investment Group PLC, and the acquisition of The Equine Network by Growth Catalyst Partners, a leading middle market private equity firm, among others.

She also hosts various events and panels on relevant topics of interest to women lawyers, including on how to build your brand. The initiative also supports firm efforts to hire talented women from peer firms and directly out of law school, a process Danielle is heavily involved in.
