On January 23, 2026, Paris-based iM Global Partner announced it will sell its stake in Richard Bernstein Advisors (RBA), an investment manager focusing on longer-term investment strategies that combine top-down, macroeconomic analysis and quantitatively-driven portfolio construction, to Janus Henderson Group (JHG) as part of JHG’s 100% acquisition of RBA. The transaction, which was announced by Janus Henderson Global on Friday, January 23, is expected to formally close in the second quarter of 2026.

RBA is a research-driven, macro multi-asset investment manager that oversees approximately $20 billion in client assets.  Jamus Henderson is a leading global asset manager with approximately $484 billion in assets under management, more than 2,000 employees and offices in 25 cities worldwide.  iM Global Partner is a global asset management platform with affiliates that manage approximately $43.5 billion in assets.
