The M&A Advisor Names Danielle Lemberg and Dora Pulido to 2022 Emerging Leaders List

Danielle Lemberg and Dora Pulido, counsel at Seward & Kissel LLP, have been named 2022 Emerging Leaders by The M&A Advisor. This annual award recognizes the achievements of emerging leaders in the corporate finance and dealmaking industries, highlighting their successes and notable contributions to their industry and broader community.

As counsel in the Business Transactions Group, Danielle represents private equity and other investment management firms, private companies, and individual business owners, amongst other clients, in a range of business transactions, equity financings, and general corporate matters. In the last year, Danielle has contributed significantly to countless M&A transactions, including USEReady, a strategic data and analytics partner, in connection with its receipt of a growth capital investment from Abry Partners, a private equity investment firm, and The Equine Network, the market leading tech-enabled membership services platform to the U.S. equine industry, in its acquisition of The Horse: Your Guide to Equine Health Care and TheHorse.com. Danielle advised Kudu Investment Management, LLC, an independent provider of permanent capital solutions, in its strategic investments in a variety of investment managers, including, most recently, Gramercy Funds Management, LLC, a dedicated emerging markets investment firm, and Radcliffe Capital Management, L.P., an SEC-registered investment adviser specializing in defensive credit and opportunistic strategies. She is the co-founder and head of the Seward & Kissel Women’s Initiative, which provides meaningful support and training to women lawyers across the firm.

Dora Pulido is also counsel in the Business Transactions Group and serves as a trusted advisor to private companies, investment management firms, business owners, and managers in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and general corporate representation and counseling. Recently, Dora helped lead leading global asset management network iM Global Partner’s acquisition of investment manager and mutual fund sponsor Litman Gregory, advised on multi-asset class trade analytics and agency-only brokerage services provider Abel Noser Holdings’ acquisition of trade analytics provider Trade Informatics, and coordinated the sale of engineered components and supply chain management solutions provider Chainlogix to private equity sponsor New Water Capital.
