Cara Mahon is an associate in Seward & Kissel’s Litigation & Investigations Group.
Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory enforcement, and advisory matters involving financial institutions, investment advisers, broker-dealers, and other participants in the financial services industry.
She advises clients on FINRA and SEC investigations, examinations, and compliance matters, and represents clients in commercial disputes at every stage of litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, particularly those involving financial services and investment management issues.
