Biography
Jeff is an associate in the Corporate Group, where he focuses on corporate transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and investment management transactions across a broad range of industries and market sectors.
His practice spans all stages of the transaction lifecycle, from early‑stage structuring and diligence through execution, closing, and post‑closing matters.
Jeff regularly advises on corporate formations and restructurings, corporate governance matters, and the drafting and negotiation of operating agreements, shareholder agreements, confidentiality agreements, consent resolutions, and related ancillary documentation. His investment management experience includes advising on seed and early‑stage transactions and supporting managers and general partners on organizational, governance, and contractual matters.
