Biography
Noelle Indelicato is a partner in the Investment Management Group.
Noelle regularly advises sponsors and managers of private investment funds and other pooled investment vehicles across all asset classes, including hedge funds, private equity funds, private credit funds, venture capital funds and various hybrid funds. Her practice includes advising both emerging and established sponsors and managers in the United States and non-U.S. jurisdictions on fund formation, structuring, capital raising, ongoing operational matters, and regulatory and compliance issues.
Noelle also advises institutional investors and other allocators, including family offices. She has significant experience structuring and negotiating co-investment vehicles, managed accounts, funds-of-one, and other bespoke investment platforms and strategic relationships for both U.S. and non-U.S. managers and investors.
