Biography
Roberta Peñarrieta serves as a foreign attorney in the Corporate and Tax Groups, advising asset management firms and financial institutions on fund financing transactions, as well as representing companies in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, Roberta provided tax advice in Brazil, with a focus on tax litigation, M&A transactions and wealth management.
