Biography
Shivani Patel is an associate in the Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group.
Shivani provides bankruptcy advice to creditor committees, trustees, plan administrators, and other stakeholders in chapter 11 reorganizations and post-confirmation matters.
Shivani’s experience includes representing the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in various bankruptcy cases, including the Crosby Marine Transportation, LLC bankruptcy cases, the Flipcause, Inc. bankruptcy cases, the Hudson 1701/1706, LLC bankruptcy cases, the iM3NY LLC bankruptcy cases, and the Ultra Safe Nuclear Corporation bankruptcy cases. She also represents the plan administrator for the remaining debtors of the Endo International plc bankruptcy cases, the trustee of the unsecured claims distribution trust in the At Home Group Inc. bankruptcy cases, and the post-confirmation trustee of the Ultra Safe Nuclear Corporation bankruptcy cases.
Shivani received a B.A. from Villanova University, magna cum laude, and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she was an Article Editor on the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal.
