Seward & Kissel’s Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice advises clients in complex in court and out of court restructurings in the United States and internationally, insolvency related litigation.

The practice regularly represents agents, lenders, DIP lenders, and lender groups; directors, special committees, and similar fiduciaries; indenture trustees; post confirmation trusts and plan administrators; and unsecured creditors’ committees;
