Seward & Kissel Advises First Long Island Investors in its Sale of a Passive Minority Stake to Kudu Investment Management

On July 29, 2019, First Long Island Investors, LLC announced that it sold a passive minority stake to Kudu Investment Management, LLC. Seward & Kissel was pleased to represent First Long Island Investors in this investment management industry transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
