Caitlin Daniels is an Associate in the Litigation & Investigations Group.
Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
Caitlin works in all phases of litigation, from pre‑suit investigations and strategy through discovery, and motion practice, representing clients across a range of industries in high‑stakes matters. In addition to her commercial litigation work, Caitlin advises clients facing government investigations and regulatory inquiries and assists with navigating interactions with federal and state regulators.
