Biography
Madeleine Jones is an associate in Seward & Kissel’s Corporate Group.
Madeleine’s practice involves a variety of finance deals and corporate transactions. She represents borrowers and lenders in fund finance transactions, including subscription credit facilities. Madeleine assists with private credit debt financing transactions, as well as acquisition financing and secured commercial lending deals. She executes deals working on both the finance and transaction teams.
Madeleine received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Marist University and a J.D. from Albany Law School, summa cum laude, where she was the Executive Editor for Symposia on the Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology.
