Biography
Marina Guacci is an associate in Seward & Kissel’s Employment practice.
Her practice spans employment litigation and employment law generally. Marina works with employers on a wide range of employment matters, including drafting and negotiating employment agreements for employees and independent contractors, as well as restrictive covenants and employee handbooks.
She assists with employment litigation matters involving restrictive covenant disputes and wrongful termination, and works on internal investigations and employment-related aspects of corporate transactions, including deal-related advising.
Marina is also involved in pro bono matters.
