Melanie Collins is an associate in the Litigation & Investigations Group at Seward & Kissel LLP.
Melanie represents corporate and individual clients in complex commercial disputes, securities litigation, shareholder matters, executive compensation disputes, private investment fund disputes, trusts and estates litigation, and class actions.
Before joining the Firm, Melanie practiced in the New York offices of two large firms, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gary Stein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
In addition to her litigation experience, Melanie contributed to an international capital markets textbook that has been used as course material at Yale Law School, among others.
Melanie’s pro bono practice focuses on representing individuals in New York Family Court.
