Biography
Noga Benmor-Piltch is an associate in the Corporate Group.
Noga concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions and minority stake transactions in the financial services industry, routinely representing public and private companies on both the buy- and sell-side, as well as equity financings and venture capital. Noga’s practice also covers a broad range of general corporate matters, including corporate formation and governance.
Noga received a B.A. from Barnard College and a J.D. from Cornell Law Review, where she served as an editor of the Cornell Law Review.
