Biography
Paul Koepp is an associate in the firm’s Litigation & Investigations Group.
He represents clients in complex commercial litigation, regulatory probes, bankruptcy matters, and criminal prosecutions. Paul has experience litigating private credit, trusts and estates, cryptocurrency, securities employment, and other complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts and in FINRA, JAMS and AAA arbitration.
Paul received a J.D. from New York University School of Law, a Masters in Journalism & French Studies from New York University, and an A.B. from Princeton University.
