Biography
Stefanie Manna is counsel in Seward & Kissel’s Corporate Group.
Her practice focuses on a wide range of complex corporate financing transactions, including secured commercial lending, acquisition financing, fund financing, and restructuring matters. She represents both borrowers and lenders, providing strategic counsel across all phases of deal execution.
Stefanie received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her M.B.A. in finance and B.S. magna cum laude in public accounting from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
Stefanie is admitted to the New York Bar and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
