Biography
Theo Kaminski is a partner in the Investment Management Group.
Theo advises a diverse range of clients, from emerging managers to established global firms including fund sponsors, asset managers, institutional investors, and wealth managers. Theo’s practice is global in scope, resulting in frequent collaboration with international counsel to deliver integrated, cross-border solutions.
Theo advises clients on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment vehicles and separately managed accounts across asset classes and strategies. Theo brings deep experience in navigating the complex regulatory and commercial landscape of hedge, private equity, private credit, venture capital, and hybrid fund structures. Theo regularly advises on structuring onshore and offshore vehicles, offering terms and ongoing compliance matters including SEC and CFTC registration and examinations.
