Seward & Kissel has been advised by staff of the Bureau of Economic Analysis that an additional extension until August 31, 2015 will be available for filers of the Form BE-10. Filers that wish to take advantage of the extended deadline should file a request for extension form indicating the number of foreign affiliates they have in the comments section.
