Beginning January 1, 2024, the Corporate Transparency Act requires domestic and foreign corporations, limited liability companies and other similar entities formed or registered to do business in the United States, to report beneficial ownership information to the  U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.
