Seward & Kissel Counsels on iM Global Partner’s Strategic Investment in Trinity Street Asset Management

On April 22, 2024, iM Global Partner announced the acquisition of a non-controlling minority stake in London-based asset manager Trinity Street Asset Management LLP (“Trinity Street”), which had US$8.6 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2024.
