- Insys Victims Restitution Trust. Seward & Kissel represents Carmin Reiss, in her capacity as Trustee of the Victims’ Restitution Trust in the Insys Pharmaceuticals. We are advising the Trustee with respect to her duties and rights under the Trust Agreement and managing all bankruptcy court filings that the Trustee is required to make with respect thereto.
- Lyondell Trust Advisory Board. Seward & Kissel represents Wilmington Trust Company as a member of the Lyondell trust advisory board, which was formed in connection with two creditor trusts established to prosecute certain claims against insiders and former shareholders of Lyondell.
- Gracious Home. Seward & Kissel represents the chapter 7 trustee tasked with investigating and pursuing causes of action against the prepetition lender and former directors and officers of a bankrupt chain of home goods stores.
