Seward & Kissel has advised Delinian, the owner of a leading portfolio of businesses that provide data, insights, accreditation and events in select global markets, on the sale of eight of its portfolio companies including, most recently, Derivia Intelligence, Extel and Euromoney.  

The Seward & Kissel team supported Delinian with the following transactions:

• Sale of Derivia Intelligence, Extel, Euromoney and Legal Benchmarking to Triple Private Equity, a private equity firm that specializes in B2B software and data across financial infrastructure and governance, risk and compliance.
• Sale of The Deal, a provider of data, insight and intelligence on M&A transactions for US dealmakers, to With Intelligence, a UK-based, international provider of data and intelligence for alternative assets, private markets and public funds.
• Sale of a US-based real estate conference business to a global events, digital services and academic research group.
• Sale of Insurance Insider, a digital platform providing insights, analysis and data solutions for insurers, distributors, service providers and investors, to ECI Partners, a mid-market private equity firm.
• Sale of Invisso, a provider of large-scale events for the structured finance, bond and private credit markets, to the Financial Times Group, which provides essential news and analysis for the global business community.
